How to Switch Carpool Network in the Admin Portal

Modified on Thu, 26 Feb at 10:22 PM

When a user signs up to carpool they are placed into a default network, which could be based on their email address. This allows the user to match with other users in the network.

For organisations with multiple networks, there might be a requirement to change the user from one network to another, for example where a user changes location or country. The details below outline how this can be achieved.

Where an organisation has multiple networks configured and would like users to have the ability to carpool with users from other networks please contact Liftango support to discuss this further.

Having an admin portal product role account allows the user to change the network of a user's account.

Once the transfer of the network has been successful, the user will receive an email outlining their account have been transferred.
