Terms and Conditions Acceptance in the mobile application

Terms and Conditions are a set of rules and guidelines that govern the use of the application.  It outlines the rights and responsibilities of Liftango or the service provider and its users which covers a variety of topics, such as intellectual property rights, payment, refunds, privacy policies, and disclaimers.


The terms and conditions are part of the available feature in the mobile application to force users to accept the terms and conditions during the signup process. 


Note: This feature is for both passengers and driver accounts.

11 STEPS

1. This is a walkthrough of a new feature in the app about 'Terms and Conditions'.

Click anywhere to start tutorial.

2. In the login page, click the Language tab.

3. Select from the list of languages then click 'Confirm Language'.

4. In the login page, click the sign-up tab.
Fill in the requested information such as email , password and referral code.

5. Click 'Sign up' to proceed.

6. An email will be sent to verify the account. Follow the instructions indicated on the email then relaunch the app.
If there's no email received, check either 'spam/junk' folder on email inbox first before clicking 'Resend Verification Email'.

7. To complete your profile registration, the 'Terms & Conditions' must be read.
User may click the 'Terms & Conditions' link.
Note: Clicking the 'x' will redirect user to the login page.

8. User will be redirected to the site which outlines the Terms and Conditions.

Read the 'Terms and Conditions' and click 'Accept' then go back to the app.

9. Tick the checkbox to confirm that the user read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Click 'I Agree' to proceed.

10. Fill out all the mandatory details that are presented.

Click 'Create Profile' to save changes.

11. The account is now completely registered in the App.
