This guide provides instructions for managing vehicles in the carpool app. Whether adding a new vehicle, updating existing information, or removing outdated entries, the steps are outlined here for easy reference.

How to add a vehicle
In carpool, choosing to be a driver for the first time will prompt the users to their vehicle.
This can be done through the steps below:
1. Create a new ride request as a driver.
2. Read the Driver Compliance form and confirm once understood.
3. Input all the necessary details, then click the check mark once done.
Note: When creating a ride request as a rider, there is no requirement to include a vehicle.
How to view current vehicles
To check and confirm the vehicle, proceed to the following:
1. Click Profile.
2. Navigate Car on the second tab as shown below.
How to add multiple vehicles
To add more vehicles to a profile go to the car tab in the profile.
1. Click on +Add Vehicle.
2. Input all the necessary details, and click on +Add Vehicle.
How to update a vehicle
To update an existing vehicle, go to the car tab in the profile as outline above
1. Select the Vehicle to update.
2. Input all the necessary details, and click on Update Vehicle.
How to delete the vehicle
To delete an existing vehicle, go to the car tab in the profile as outline above
1. Choose the Vehicle.
2. Click on the Trash Icon.
3. The confirmation modal will appear as shown below. Optionally, the reason for the vehicle deletion may be provided. Click "Confirm" once done.
Note:
- Deleting a vehicle assigned to future matched trips will result in their cancellation. - The `Update Vehicle` button will be disabled in the driver app for accepted carpools in organizations using Celloparking and OPark, ensuring consistency and preventing allocation discrepancies.
